Who is Aidan Simpson? Good question! Aidan’s real name is Ian Robert Simpson. But, because two professional actors can’t own the same name he was forced to change it when joining his first acting union in 2001. Born in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Aidan later moved to Peterborough for High School and College before setting up his life in Toronto. He holds a Business Diploma from Fleming College and a Theatre Degree from Ryerson University. When he is not on an outdoor adventure he is acting, directing , creating TV show ideas and doing voice-overs. Acting has taken Aidan all over the world. He has performed on three continents and is hoping to get a few more under his belt. Currently, he can be seen on TV screens throughout Europe in Android Apocalyspe and can heard voicing three main characters in the stop animation war film Beachhead. Cheers, Aidan Simpson
