Kalamuna - Resulta - Northern Commerce - Digital Echidna
I am a Web Developer who has been specializing in Drupal development and strategy. I have been working in this field for seven years, with two years at Kalamuna and one year at Northern Commerce, another digital agency. I have also worked as a Web Developer at Digital Echidna, a Drupal-focused web development firm, for four years - staring in 2017.
While I found myself primarily working with Drupal (an open-source CMS) in various front-end / back-end roles, each brought unique challenges, lessons, and new skills. In parallel to these roles, I also dedicated time in completing various Certificates focused on communication so I may face any situation with confidence.
For over a decade I have worked with a variety of people both in social settings and outside of work, whether virtually or in-person. This has allowed my oral and written communication skills have continued to grow not only naturally, but professionally. Along with my organizational and collaborative skills, high-quality results are easy to find.
My core competencies include front-end and back-end web development, project management, and web design in general. I use PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript as a base, with other modern web technologies and tools building off of them to create and maintain websites that meet the needs and expectations of clients and users.
I also collaborate, delegate, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders and teams, using agile workflows, issue-tracking systems, and active listening skills. I have completed several certificates related to web development, design, and communication, including Developing Your Emotional Intelligence and Professional Soft Skills from LinkedIn, and Crucial Conversations from VitalSmarts. I am passionate about creating, implementing, and maintaining the architecture, styles, and themes of websites - ensuring responsiveness, accessibility, and friendly UX/UI design. I have been been primarily working with Figma, a software for web design and prototyping, and Affinity products to assist designers when creating Wireframes and finished designs.
